Contributing Boone Family Lines
I would be very happy to have any help I can get in putting the Daniel Boone Family lines online. If you are related to the Boones of the family of Daniel Boone, the explorer, please consider sending me your proven line so that I can add your branch of the family. There are other Boone lines in America that are not related to the family of Daniel Boone. I am sorry to say that the site will have to be limited to Boone lines that are connected with Daniel Boone. I just don't have the space or the time to devote to a project big enough to encompass all Boones. I believe in family privacy and responsible use of the internet. I do not post family trees that contain information about living family members that may affect people other than the contributor. I never ask you for information about your immediate family or a close generation, such as your parents, aunts and uncles, etc. When contributing your Boone family line to this site, please remove names and information that involves living people. Photographs are always welcome! It would be great to have lots of pictures of cousins to spice up the site and make it fun and interesting. I live near many Boone related places so I plan to take lots of pictures to share with all of you. Please do not send me information or photos that you have copied from other websites that do not belong to you. I will not publish them. This Boone family has many many descendants. Just starting with Daniel Boone's parents, siblings, and himself, there are still lots of lines of descent that we do not have documented - some that we just don't know anything about. The purpose of gathering data and displaying it here is to help all Boone researchers in determining connections to the Daniel Boone family and to "gather all of Daniel's & Rebecca's family together" in a sense.
